The Franklin 40 is Liberty’s mid-size powerhouse, offering the perfect combination of serious storage space and elite-level protection. With capacity for up to 35 long guns, this model is ideal for collectors who want more room, more fire protection, and more confidence.
Built with a 11-gauge UL-listed steel body, Level 7 security rating, and up to 15 Solid State™ locking bars, the Franklin 40 is designed to defeat pry attacks and resist forced entry. A one-piece hardened steel plate protects the lock from drilling, while Liberty’s dual relocker system and slip-clutch handle keep intruders locked out.
It’s also fire-rated for 110 minutes at 1200°F, with multiple layers of fireboard insulation, a reinforced composite door, and Palusol™ heat-activated seal. Inside, Liberty’s Pro Flex™ adjustable shelving allows you to configure the safe your way—whether you’re storing rifles, pistols, valuables, or documents.
