Flexible Pick-Up & Delivery Options

We offer flexible pick-up and delivery options throughout the Greater Houston area to fit your schedule and needs. Whether you prefer to pick up your safe from our League City showroom or have it professionally delivered and installed, we make the process simple and convenient.

FREE Curbside / Garage Drop Off

  • Complimentary curbside delivery within 20 miles from our League City store.

  • Beyond 20 miles, an additional fee of $3 per mile applies.

  • Delivery is limited to the curbside or main floor garage of your home or business.

  • A flat, level, concrete or paved pathway is required for safe delivery.

  • Customers must ensure all pathways, decks, steps, staircases, and foundations can adequately support the weight of the safe, transportation equipment, and delivery crew.

  • The safe will remain on its pallet during curbside or garage delivery.

  • Safe or vault door orders only. 100lb minimum. Accessories or add-ons purchased with the safe will also be delivered.

In-Home Delivery, Setup & Bolt Down

  • Our Premium White Glove Delivery includes in-home delivery, safe setup, professional bolt-down service, and removal of all packaging and trash.

  • The delivery team will remove the safe from the pallet during main-floor or stair-carry deliveries.

  • Beyond 20 miles, an additional fee of $3 per mile applies.

  • Customers must ensure all pathways, decks, staircases, flooring, and foundations can adequately support the weight of the safe, transportation equipment, and installation crew.

  • Certain situations, such as complex stairways, marble floors, or other obstacles, may incur additional charges.

  • Delivery is limited to typical first-floor access involving 0 to 4 exterior stair steps. If moving up or down flights of stairs, additional charges may occur (call us for an accurate quote or details)

FREE In-Store Pickup

  • The fastest way to get your order is to pick up your new safe or accessories directly from our League City showroom.

  • If the ordered items are in stock, we can typically be ready for pickup within 2 – 3 hours of order time.

  • Our staff can assist with safe loading and provide tips for secure transport.
  • Convenient pickup times to fit your schedule, including weekends.
  • We’ll let you know the size and weight beforehand so you can come prepared with the right truck or trailer.
  • Located right off I-45 in the League City Plaza—easy to find and quick in-and-out access.

Stairs & Special Delivery Considerations

  • Additional charges may occur. Prices vary depending on certain situations. Call us for an accurate quote.

  • Includes 5-15 additional stair steps inside the home.
  • Due to size and weight, stair carry is not available on 40 & 50 SIZE MODELS.
  • In some cases, even the 25 and 35 size safes cannot be delivered due to landing space restrictions, staircase structure, and the spacing required for the safe and stair climbing equipment attached to the safe.

Please Note:

  • Due to outside terrain, types of stairways, second floor or multiple floor installations, marble/tile/wood floors, etc. may involve additional charges to complete the delivery.
  • We reserve the right to decline installations and or delivery involving risk of personal injury or property damage.
  • Property title of merchandise purchased will transfer to buyer at dealer’s location.

  • Pricing below is for deliveries within a 20 mile radius of our store.
  • A $3.00 per mile charge will be added beyond 20 miles.
  • If you live beyond 150 miles you will need to call or text us for a quote at (281) 334-7233.
  • Upstairs or Downstairs will require an additional fee (we will need extra hands). Please call us for an accurate quote if you have a unique layout or setup.

How to Prepare for Your Delivery

Getting ready for safe delivery is key to ensuring everything goes smoothly on installation day. Before our team arrives, make sure there’s a clear path from the entry point to the installation location. This helps prevent delays, protects your property, and ensures our crew can move your safe in quickly and safely. If your safe is being placed upstairs or in a tight space, additional steps may be needed. Use the checklist below to make sure you’re fully prepared.

  • Clear all walkways, hallways, and doorways leading to the installation site.
  • Measure door frames and stairwells to confirm the safe will fit.
  • Remove rugs, fragile items, or furniture along the delivery path.
  • Ensure pets and small children are kept away from the delivery area.
  • If going upstairs or downstairs, confirm the flooring and structure can support the weight.
  • If the location is in a garage, move vehicles or storage items to allow access.
  • Notify our team in advance of any tight corners, steps, or special considerations.

Most Common Questions
Can all safes be delivered upstairs?

No. Due to size and weight, stair delivery is not available for 40+  size models. Even 25 and 35 sizes may be restricted depending on staircase layout and landing space. If you have any questions or concerns, give us a call or text.

Can I pick up my safe instead of having it delivered?

Absolutely. Store pickup is free, and our team can assist with loading. Make sure to bring a suitable vehicle or trailer, and we’ll provide the dimensions ahead of time.

Can I reschedule my delivery date after purchase?

Yes, no problem. Just give us a call if you need to reschedule. We are happy to work around a date and time that works for you.

Can I return or exchange my safe after delivery?

Yes, we offer 14-day returns & exchanges. Extra delivery fees and pickup costs will occur. Please give us a call if you are unhappy with your purchase.

Can you bolt my safe down?

Yes, we offer a bolt-down service with our Premium in-home delivery option. Hardware is included.

Do you remove the pallet during delivery?

Yes — pallet removal is included with Premium In-Home and Stair Carry deliveries. For Curbside/Garage Drop-Off, the pallet stays on.

How do I get a delivery quote?

You can view your delivery options and pricing without entering payment information. Just add the safe to your cart, and from either the cart page or checkout page, you’ll see an option to enter your delivery location. From there it will show you the delivery cost if there is any.

How do I prepare for my delivery?

Ensure there’s a clear, flat path to the installation site. Remove rugs, furniture, and breakables. Keep pets and children away from the work area. If going upstairs/downstairs, make sure the structure can support the weight.

Is delivery available outside the Houston area?

Yes. Standard pricing applies within 20 miles of our store. For distances beyond that, a $3.00 per mile charge applies. If you’re 150+ miles away, call or text us at (281) 334-7233 for a custom quote.

Is delivery insured against damage during transit?

Yes, we are a licensed & insured making sure your purchase is safe from anything unexpected.

What delivery and installation options are available?

We offer several convenient options:

  • Store Pickup – Free, from our League City showroom

  • Curbside or Garage Drop-Off – Delivered to your driveway or garage; pallet not removed

  • In-Home (Main Floor or Garage) – Includes pallet removal and placement inside

  • Up/Down One Flight of Stairs – For 5–15 interior stairs (some size/model exclusions apply)

What if my delivery has unusual stairs or flooring?

Challenging terrain, tight staircases, or sensitive flooring (like marble or wood) may require extra fees. We reserve the right to decline deliveries if there’s risk of damage or injury.

Who is responsible if the site isn’t ready or accessible?

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery paths and flooring can support the weight of the safe, crew, and equipment.
