In the rare case we don't have the safe in stock (or if it's a special order), it can take 1 - 2 weeks to complete shipping & delivery.

Q: Can I return or exchange my safe after delivery?

Yes, we offer 14-day returns & exchanges. Extra delivery fees and pickup costs will occur. Please give us a call if you are unhappy with your purchase.

Q: Is delivery insured against damage during transit?

Yes, we are a licensed & insured making sure your purchase is safe from anything unexpected.

Q: Can I reschedule my delivery date after purchase?

Yes, no problem. Just give us a call if you need to reschedule. We are happy to work around a date and time that works for you.

Q: Do you offer financing or payment plans for safes?

Yes we do! We partner with Affirm to provide our customers 0% financing for 6 months on most safes. Just select this option at checkout to apply this payment option to your purchase.

Q: What payment methods are accepted at checkout?

We accept all major forms of payment including Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal & more. You can also pay in-store if you prefer. If you are looking to finance a new safe, we partner with Affirm to provide our customers 0% financing for 6 months on most safes.

Q: Can I pick up my safe instead of having it delivered?

Absolutely. Store pickup is free, and our team can assist with loading. Make sure to bring a suitable vehicle or trailer, and we’ll provide the dimensions ahead of time.

Q: When does ownership of the safe transfer to me?

Property title transfers to you once the safe leaves our dealership — whether for pickup or delivery.

Q: Who is responsible if the site isn’t ready or accessible?

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery paths and flooring can support the weight of the safe, crew, and equipment.

Q: What if my delivery has unusual stairs or flooring?

Challenging terrain, tight staircases, or sensitive flooring (like marble or wood) may require extra fees. We reserve the right to decline deliveries if there’s risk of damage or injury.
